【FlutterFlow】サブスクリプション（有料プラン）の払い戻しはできるのか？

モバイルアプリを早く開発することができるローコードツールFlutterFlowのサブスクリプション（有料プラン）の払い戻しについてまとめます。

FlutterFlowはAdaloやBubble等のノーコードツールに比べ利用料金がかなり高いので、払い戻しに関して知っておくことは大切です。

結論

サブスクリプションの解約はクレジットカード請求から30日以内であれば可能です。

If you’d like a refund, please get in touch with us within 30 days of your most recent credit card charge. We’ll issue you a full refund for this month.

払い戻しの方法

払い戻してもらうためには support@flutterflow.io にメールを送信すればOKです。（以下ドキュメント参考）

以下のような内容を送れば問題ありません。

件名：I want my payment cancelled.

I signed up for an annual Pro plan on October 19, 2022 and would like to cancel the payment.

We are very sorry.

実際に払い戻してみた

Proプランの年契約（$600／年）を決済した後に払い戻し申請をしてみました。

その日のうちに以下のメールが届きました。

Hi ◯◯,

Thanks for reaching out about this! I would be more happy to help you with this 😀

Seems the subscription is canceled and your payment was refunded already.
It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.
You can contact support@flutterflow.io if you need further help, as you don’t have access to chat support anymore after canceling your PRO plan.
